Combining a built-in grinder, assisted tamping, touchscreen guidance, automatic milk texturing and fast cold coffee extraction, it gives you a more confident way to make espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brew and iced coffee drinks from fresh beans.

Impress™ Puck System for less mess and less guesswork
The Barista Touch™ Impress features Sage’s Impress™ Puck System, designed to make the grinding, dosing and tamping process easier and more consistent. The machine helps calculate the correct dose, supports assisted tamping with around 10kg of pressure, and finishes with a 7º barista-style twist for a cleaner puck.
This is especially useful if you are new to fresh bean espresso. Getting the dose and tamp right is one of the trickiest parts of making good coffee, and the Impress™ system reduces the guesswork while helping create a more consistent result.
Freshly ground coffee with Baratza precision burrs
Freshly ground beans make a huge difference to flavour, and this Sage machine includes an integrated hardened steel conical burr grinder with Baratza European precision burrs. With 30 grind settings, you can fine-tune the grind to suit your beans, taste and preferred coffee style.
The grinder doses directly into the 54mm portafilter, helping preserve freshness and aroma from bean to cup. This gives you a more authentic espresso experience than capsule machines or basic automatic coffee machines.
Auto MilQ™ hands-free milk texturing
For milk-based drinks, the Auto MilQ™ steam wand creates hands-free microfoam with settings optimised for dairy, oat, almond and soy milk. You can adjust the milk temperature from 40°C to 75°C and choose from 8 texture levels, helping you create anything from silky flat white milk to thicker cappuccino foam.
This is one of the biggest advantages of the Barista Touch™ Impress. It gives you proper textured milk without needing advanced steaming technique, making it ideal for households where different people prefer different drinks or different milk types.
Touchscreen control with café favourites
The improved touchscreen makes the machine simple to use. Swipe through the café favourites, select your drink, and follow the guided process on screen. The machine includes 8 café-style presets and allows you to customise up to 8 drinks, so you can save your preferred coffee strength, milk texture and temperature.

Most products are available for free delivery across N.I. with the exception of a small amount of products due to the relative cost of carriage.

- Large appliances/BBQs & TVs are shipped on a pallet delivery service which is also fully tracked & insured. The delivery company will call in advance to book in a suitable date.
- Deliveries can be held for a targeted date if you're not ready to receive the goods.
Timed Deliveries:
- Parcel sized items will provide tracking updates via text. You will get a notification on the morning of delivery with your one hour window.
- Pallet deliveries will be booked in advance and are typically morning or afternoon slots.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, but have opened the packaging to inspect it, then please return the item in its original condition within 30 days and we'll exchange or refund it.

Received damaged:
If upon opening the goods you discover the item is damaged please retain the packaging and get in touch for further instruction.
If the packaging appears in poor condition we advise you to refuse delivery and contact us at the earliest opportunity.
We would ask that all items are inspected and any damage reported within two working days of receipt of delivery

Faulty goods (under 30 days):
If your goods develop a fault within 30 days of delivery we will collect the item for a full refund or exchange.
Please ensure that you have thoroughly researched the symptoms. If we discover that the unit is not defective (for example due to an improper installation) we may reject the return.
Please note we cannot cover any faults caused by misuse or customer damage.

Faulty goods (over 30 days):
Goods that are defective outside of 30 days but under the manufacturer's stated guarantee will be serviced via a local repair agent on the manufacturer's behalf.
Within the first six months the manufacturer is entitled to attempt one free repair to correct the defect provided this is done within a reasonable timeframe.
Please ensure to troubleshoot the issue beforehand as a service call may be chargeable if the the fault cannot be replicated by the engineer.
