Are your products original and brand new?
Yes, without exception, all our products are brand new, sealed and as you would expect from a high-street retail store.
We source stock directly from the manufacturer or via our buying group, Euronics, Europe's largest electrical buying group.
Are my items covered by a warranty/guarantee?
All items are covered by a minimum of a one year guarantee and many have up to a five year guarantee included in the price.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Yes, UK VAT at 20% is included in all prices shown on our website.
A full VAT receipt/invoice is included in the packaging and is also available to print directly from your order confirmation email.
Do you offer product advice?
Our team regularly attends manufacturer's training events and have a wealth of knowledge on the vast majority of the goods we sell.
We'd be happy to talk you through your options and if we do not know the answer right away we will endeavour to find out.
How to find us
Our showroom is located at the bottom of Main Street in Ballymoney.
There is a free car park a few hundred yards away by the Ballymoney train station.
If you would like assistance taking a product to your car then our team will be on hand.
