Extended Gift Returns January 10th

Extended Christmas returns gift policy

We are welcoming customers to return any gift purchases up until January 10th 2021 for a cash refund.

We define a gift return as a fully sealed item with original tags and/or seals unbroken.

Otherwise our default return policy will apply. 

Are there any exclusions?

Special order items that have been ordered specifically at a customer's request such as specific model or colour variant that we do not otherwise range.

Any additional gifts, rebates or extended warranties must not have been claimed and/or registered.

Gift returns are at the buyers expense however we can arrange a collection for larger items. 

Please do not return an item without speaking to one of the team prior.
