Q: Is your showroom open?
No, due to the nationwide lockdown in Northern Ireland our showroom remains closed until restrictions are eased.
Q: Are you offering home delivery?
Yes.
We continue to offer free nationwide delivery for small parcel-sized goods (small appliances, electronics, homewares & medical).
For large appliances (dishwashers, washing machines & ovens) we will continue to deliver within the local area (Ballymoney, Coleraine etc)
This can be confirmed by entering your post code at checkout.
If in doubt, pop our support team a message.
Q: Are you offering click and collect?
No, click and collect is currently not available under the new guidelines.This includes ordering at store.
Please do not visit our premises over this period as our staff will be unable to assist.
Q: What are your Christmas open/dispatch dates?
Dispatching orders & receiving deliveries;
- Monday 21st
- Tuesday 22nd
- Wednesday 23rd
Closed 24th to 28th.
- Tuesday 29th
- Wednesday 30th
Closed 31st - 3rd. Re-open Tuesday 4th.
Q: Customer support over Christmas/New Year?
Following a challenging year we will be taking a few extra days off over the holidays however we will operate a skeleton service.
We will get to any service or sales queries as and when we can.

COVID: 23rd August
In light of a recent uptake in cases we are temporarily closing our showroom to ensure the continued safety of our young families and the wider community.
We will continue to trade via our website & affiliate marketplaces with delivery & click and collect services unaffected.
10th July
We are pleased to confirm that our showroom will re-open on Tuesday 13th July.
- Please consider face coverings when visiting our store. Our staff will be wearing KN95 masks during interactions.
- Hand sanitation station available upon entry.
- You may be required to wait a short time before entering.
At the same time, we will be resuming local deliveries of large / bulky appliances to the causeway area.
We are unable to provide installation services at this moment in time.
Our phone lines are currently not operational due to restrictions with on site staff, please contact our support desk or via facebook.

We have suspended deliveries of large appliances to reduce the exposure of COVID-19 to our staff members.
Items can continue be ordered online for store collection in Ballymoney during weekdays 10am to 5pm.
Small appliances such as hifi, cookware and Tvs below 55" can continued to be delivered via the parcel network.

In light of recent developments we have decided to temporarily close our showroom in Ballymoney to prioritise the health and safety of our staff and young families.
We will continue to process and fulfil orders via our local home delivery service and our nationwide parcel network for GB & ROI.
You can securely order online via our website and our offices will remain open weekdays for sales and service queries via telephone and email.
