As the official Melitta service agent in Northern Ireland we're proud to offer a tier one coffee machine repair service, staffed by Melitta-trained technicians and using genuine Melitta parts.

Warranty Repair:

If your Melitta coffee machine is under the two year guarantee period then we will handle the technical repair (regardless of where the machine was purchased).

1. The first step is to contact Melitta UK to troubleshoot the issue.
2. If the coffee machine requires a service they will allocate the job to our workshop.
3. Once the job is allocated we will be in touch to arrange the collection, diagnosis & repair of the machine.

Out Of Warranty Repair:

If your Melitta coffee machine is out of warranty then submit a request to our team with the following information;

1. Description of fault, machine history (previous repairs).
2. Name, address & contact information.
3. Whether you require packaging for transit.

The cost to collect your machine & run a full diagnosis is £30.

If you decide to proceed with the repair this amount is deducted off the cost of the total repair.

Should you decide not to proceed with the repair then the balance of £30 is payable prior to the return of the machine. 

We aim to process all repairs within 3-5 working days of receiving the machine.
