The newly designed Genesis® gas barbecue features our largest and hottest Sear Zone, with an expandable top cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all barbecued and served at the same time.

Equally at home cooking for family or catering for larger gatherings, its black and stainless steel finish will fit into almost any garden setting and you will have total cooking control at your finger-tips thanks to the three high performance pureblu burners and an additional extra-hot burner which is used for searing. Electronic Infinity Ignition ensures the burners are easy to light, every time.

The Genesis E-325S features a generous cooking grate, which can be expanded with an extra level to further increase cooking space so a whole meal can be prepared simultaneously, and has an extra-large sear zone which can cope with perfectly-searing several steaks at once, so everyone gets their delicious food together.

The cooking grate can accommodate cookware from the Weber Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) range (sold separately), such as the Weber GBS Pizza stone and Weber GBS Dutch Oven Duo, to cook in styles you never thought possible on a barbecue, so you can grill, bake, steam and stir-fry with ease. The grate also features the Weber Crafted System, which incorporates larger grillware too to give you greater roasting or baking space.

The stainless steel Flavorizer Bars sizzle and smoke beneath your cooking to add that famous Weber smoky barbecue flavour to your food and excess fat is collected in the pull-out grease tray, which is neatly obscured behind the solid cabinet doors, along with ample concealed storage for the gas tank and your barbecue tools and accessories.

This barbecue has two handy tables, located at each side, for you to prep and serve food on, one of which is generously-proportioned to cope with larger dishes and folds down when not in use for easy storage. Beneath this are three hooks to keep tools to hand whilst cooking, and useful storage for the grate.
